Dr Stewart Desson
Stewart is a seasoned business psychologist and CEO of Lumina Learning, where he authored the Lumina Spark psychometric. His research at the University of Westminster integrates supposedly incompatible behavioral measures. As a board member of the Association for Business Psychology, Stewart focuses on professional development, attracting top speakers to UK events. He holds two Master’s degrees in Operational Research and Change Agent Skills and has extensively applied humanistic psychology in organizational change. Stewart recently earned a PhD in psychometrics and is a Chartered Fellow with the CIPD.
James Bishop
James is a Managing Director at Koru Consulting Limited, is an adept facilitator, learning experience designer, and team coach with over 30 years of diverse international experience. He has a track record of designing and delivering transformative programs, reaching 30,000 individuals from more than 185 companies across 30 countries.
A certified expert in business simulations and the Lumina suite, James specializes in gamifying learning experiences and corporate events, using innovative tools to engage and educate.
