James is an adept facilitator, learning experience designer, and team coach with over 30 years of diverse international experience. He has a track record of designing and delivering transformative programs, reaching 30,000 individuals from more than 185 companies across 30 countries.
A certified expert in business simulations and the Lumina suite, James specialises in gamifying learning experiences and corporate events, using innovative tools to engage and educate.
He is also a co-founder of Brains-on-the-Beach, a Public Benefit Company focusing on sustainable corporate and NGO solutions. From New Zealand’s rainforests to the corporate arenas of Asia, James’s global journey has informed his holistic approach to professional development and his passion for sustainability.
A native of New Zealand and long-term resident of Hong Kong, James has also resided in the UK and Australia. He channels his experiences into creating meaningful and engaging learning journeys.
